Trophy Club is located in Denton County, Texas inside a major growth corridor with close proximity to both Dallas and Fort Worth. Trophy Club is 30 miles northwest of Dallas, 23 miles northeast of Fort Worth and less than 15 minutes from DFW Airport.

In 1973, construction of Texas’ first premiere, planned community centering around a country club began. The golf course was designed by legendary Texas golfer Ben Hogan, one of the greatest golfers in U.S. history. In fact, the original golf course, still operating today, remains the only Ben Hogan designed golf course in the world! As Trophy Club began to grow, it eventually became incorporated as a town in 1985.
Today, the population of Trophy Club has grown to approximately 10,000 people with a wide variety of home prices ranging from the $100’s up to over $1,000,000. With careful planning and consideration of the residents’ needs, the Town constantly reviews plans to ensure that the community maintains the neighborhood atmosphere that its residents have come to treasure.

Northwest I.S.D.There are 4 onsite NISD schools located in the Highlands at Trophy Club, Samuel Beck Elementary and Lakeview Elementary, both exemplary rated schools and Medlin Middle School, and Byron Nelson High School; both recognized schools by the Texas Education Agency. Northwest ISD has become the best and most sought-after school district in Texas. The new Byron Nelson High School is a state-of-the-art facility that features an indoor football practice facility, a three story academic wing, a courtyard featuring large outdoor area for students to gather, a two-story library with mezzanine, and a java city coffee shop.
